FEVER GRASS: The chilled tea makes a refreshing beverage perfect for hot weather.

REASON AND DIRECTION: The root is made into a tea and used as a mouthwash for gum problems and pyorrhea.  The tea is also used for colds, fever, flu, coughs pneumonia.

INFUISON:  Pour a cup of boiling water onto 2 teaspoons of the dried herb and leave to simmer gently for 3-5 minutes. This can be drunk when ready.
